Then the diet demons creep in….you say you have no willpower, you aren’t strong enough…

you don’t have what it takes.

You fear that you’ll be like this (or worse) for the rest of your life…

Well my friend, that’s where I come in.

Hi, I’m Cindy Nicholson, I’m a Holistic Nutritionist and I’m here to help you take control of your weight and

develop the healthy habits you need so that this time, it will stick.

I get it…I know how hard it is to stick to healthy habits when you have a candy bar stand at every checkout

and frozen dinners that you can just pop in the oven.

I get it because not long ago even though I knew I should eat more veggies, drink more water,

….microwave popcorn and Diet Coke were my favourite go-tos.

How did I get off this crazy, self-destructive roller coaster?

Well, I kinda figured it out by accident.

You see, I used to be a corporate trainer and I delivered a lot of workshops (A LOT). The thing I struggled

with most is that despite my best efforts to deliver amazing workshops, my clients weren’t incorporating

what they learned when they got back to their jobs.

It was a though they never had any training.

It was a bit of an epiphany for me.

I realized that it didn’t matter what my clients learned from me,

if I didn’t focus on how to cultivate thehabits to create long lasting, meaningful change

… NOTHING. WOULD. CHANGE.

Lightbulb moment! It’s the EXACT. SAME. THING. with health and nutrition.

Let’s face it.

You probably already know everything you need to do in order to live a healthier life.

(All you have to do is visit Mr. Google, after all).

You just don’t know HOW to make it a part of your life.

You don’t know how to get out of that rut and make the changes that will improve your life.

So that’s how I roll.

Rather than telling you WHAT you should do, I will focus on HOW you should do it.

Together we will focus on cultivating the habits you need to get the transformation you want.

You’ve got this.
